When does my membership begin?
You can start ANYTIME. The Free Mama Movement is a monthly community membership with a self-paced program. . . which means you can start TODAY, work through each module on your own time, and get the support you need. You'll get access to the members-only Facebook Group within 24 hours. Your Free Mama membership subscription will begin on the date you enroll and you can cancel anytime.
What if the material is too hard?
You can ask as many questions as you need to in our Free Mama Movement members group. You can come to our weekly lives and get feedback directly from Lauren. You can and should talk to other members about their experiences. Nothing in this program is too hard for you to do — that's fear talking. Share your fears in the group, and together, we'll conquer them.
What if the material is too easy?
Our programs take you through the exact process I used (and have taught to thousands of others) to go from a 1:1 service provider making $50-75,000 a year, all the way to a million-dollar course creator and coach. While some of the foundational principles may be review for you (many of the best practices are basic concepts that get forgotten in execution), the Movement Maker Accelerator and Freelance Coach Formula include more advanced marketing and sales strategies to scale your business.
I'm super busy. I'm really not sure I have time for this.
That's not really a question, but I hear you, and every single lesson is boiled down into bite-size pieces that are designed to fit into your life. I'm a mom, too, so I get it. Ultimately, you have to decide if you want to make the time now so that you can OWN your time later. If you don't have time for the program, you won't have time to start a business, either.
I am a teacher / accountant / nurse / SAHM / fill-in-the-blank. Will this work for me?
YES! You've been using all kinds of skills in your day job without giving yourself nearly enough credit. Organization, reliability, customer service, data entry, and scheduling are HUGE assets, so do NOT sell yourself short! If you're willing to put in the work, then YES, you can be a Free Mama and make this program work for you.
How much time should I expect to spend on the material each day?
All I ask is an hour a day. The average lesson is 10 minutes. You can go at your own pace, so it's okay if you miss a day or two now and then. You can also expect take-action homework — worksheets, research, or additional training modules — that take anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. None of it is busywork. Every single action you take moves you closer to earning money and working for YOURSELF. Most live trainings are between 30 minutes to an hour, as well.
Do you offer payment plans?
What if I can't complete all the material?
That's totally cool! While the bulk of the program is designed to be completed in 12 weeks, you have access to the modules, bonus materials and any additional trainings inside the members-only Facebook Group as long as you are a current member. You'll also have the opportunity to unlock lifetime access to the course materials after you enroll, then it's yours foreva, mama!

Unlike a lot of people selling courses and programs out there I take your success VERY seriously and myself and my crew put a lot of effort and work into helping you succeed. For that reason I ask that my mamas commit and give it serious effort. To review the refund policy, click here.
Who should enroll in this membership?
You should — if you understand that in order to earn money, you'll have to actually do the work, and to make friends, you'll have to talk to people. This program is designed for moms and addresses the unique challenges we face when balancing family and work. I don't ask you to do anything that I haven't done myself, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
