My name is Samantha Damicis, but you can call me Sam. I am a proud wife and mother of two beautiful boys. We just finished building our dream home in Colorado -- a state very near and dear to my heart. After growing up in Connecticut in a home with lots of uncertainty and stress and then experiencing some serious financial difficulties with my husband a few years ago, I think of Colorado as the state that “fixed us.” We’ve come a long way, and I owe a lot of it to the amazing people and mentors I’ve had in my life.

Haili Murch is a podcast manager and podcast launching pro! She started her business in August 2018 as a general VA and took a variety of work her first year of business. After noticing many of her clients started to be podcasters, it was only natural for Haili to niche down into the podcast world.

After niching down, her business doubled and she was able to hire a team member. She created the Podcast Power Launch Package, helping women start podcasts in 4 weeks. She also has a course helping women become podcast managers so that they can create a side gig or add podcast management to their VA skills list. She has now worked with almost 50 different podcasters and continues to work with clients to help them start their own podcasts and help them utilize their podcasts to grow their businesses.
