By the end of this week, you’ll be READY to move forward. You’ll have implemented some key habits, and you will learn EXACTLY what to focus on — and when.

Foundation

Get ready to determine which crazy desirable skills you already have — and learn exactly how to brush up on the ones you don’t. You’ll learn which software programs are the must-learns — and which you can easily toss aside.

You’re also going to get a clear understanding of exactly what your day could look like in just a few short weeks — what work you’ll be doing, how you’ll get it done, and what you need to know to get from here to there.

Relationships

Time to get super practical. We’ll dig into the paperwork you might need to file to open your business, figure out the business structure you should be using, and determine where you should focus your time and energy. (Hint: Not everyone needs a website right away!)

This week, you’ll also ensure that you have a proper workspace with everything you need to get the job done.

Exposure

Now that the foundation for your business has been established, it’s time to determine what you want to be known for. You’ll also do some critical research on your ideal client and figure out how to articulate what you bring to the table.

Of course, it’s also important to talk about money, so you’ll learn how to set your rates — and talk about money confidently when you’re pitching clients.

Expertise

This week? Is going to rock your ENTIRE world. So much of what you’ll learn about systems, time blocking, and intentional multitasking is going to spill over into EVERY area of your life, and you will love it.

You’re also going to discover some incredible time saving shortcuts you never even knew you needed. I think of these the way I think of my first taste of salted caramel: WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?

Yeah, it’s THAT good.

Discipline

Effective communication is at the heart of any successful business, so we’ll cover that this week. You’ll learn about the tools that you need to have to keep on top of your communication and make it super easy to manage projects on your own terms — from the park, from Paris — or, more realistically, from the playroom floor.

The automation tips and tricks you’ll learn will make it ridiculously easy for you to breeze through your work quickly and efficiently, without ever missing a deadline.

Overcoming Obstacles

The beauty of this program is that you can actually start earning even before we’ve completed all 12 weeks — and that can start right here, right now. The thing is, though, that in order to make money, you have to actually go out there and GET the work, and this week is all about HOW you’re going to connect with amazing clients.

We’ll cover ways you can find clients online, at in-person networking events, and through one of my personal favorite sources, referrals. You’ll learn exactly how to ask people for those super-important referrals in a totally non-skeevy way. (By the way, non-skeevy is ABSOLUTELY a technical term.)

Momentum

Once you have the work, you need to manage it effectively so that you can get everything done and still have time to do all the other things in your life. This week, we’ll ensure that your systems are working for you — instead of the other way around.

You’ll get all the best tips and strategies for tracking everything so that nothing falls through the cracks.

We’ll also cover everything you need to know about getting paid so that MORE money goes to your pocket with LESS administrative headaches. And, you’re going to see exactly how effective communication and customer service will make every part of your business better.

Stop. Communicate. And Listen.

You know that my goal is to get you HOME, mama. So that you can build your business, create a life you love, earn the big bucks, AND be present for your family. This week, we’ll create the strategy you need in order to leave your day job behind. You’ll know exactly what to do when so that your transition is smooth and seamless.

You’ll also discover how you can turn your employer into your first paying client — a pretty cool trick.

Working from home is awesome and amazing, but it’s not without its challenges, so this week, we’re going to learn how to set realistic expectations and avoid your everyday distractions. It’s all about balance, mama, and sometimes that means dealing with sick and crying kids, needing to nurse your baby in the middle of a conference call, and all kinds of other fun things. I’ve got TONS of tried-and-true tips and tricks for you (say that ten times fast!), and you CAN make this work.

We’re also going to dive into outsourcing — when you offload some of your extra work to someone else. Done right, it’s a great way to boost your income without increasing your workload. Done wrong, it’s all about stress and paying someone to do work you have to redo yourself at 3am. Guess which way I’m going to show you?

You’ve got a LOT on your plate now that you’re a savvy business owner, and this week is packed with the information and strategies you need to keep your focus so that you can get more done in less time.
